1. BASIC INFORMATION
1.1 List of committee members, terms of office; begin with chair. As an appendix, attach the address list of the committee's members.

1.2 State the purpose to the council -- its current charter. If an ad hoc committee, state the termination date.
ACM China is committed to helping advance computing as a science and profession in China.
Specifically, ACM China is going to achieve the following purposes:
1) Growth of the ACM memberships in China;
2) Growth in the number of ACM Chapters in China;
3) Establishment of student Chapters within China where ever appropriate
4) Increased involvement in educational activities;
5) Growth in the number of high quality ACM conferences and technical meetings held in China;
6) A new level of publication activity, particularly the translation of select articles from
CACM in each month;
7) More involvement of ACM China in the ACM Awards program and in the Advanced
Member Grade program.
1.3 Indicate the organization of the council into subcommittees or other subunits; give a one-sentence description of each subunit's charter. Name the individual responsible for each subunit.

3. PLANS
3.1 List projects that will be completed or terminated in the coming year.
The translation of CS2013 will be completed in FY16.
3.2 List important changes or milestones in active projects during the coming year.
Restructure of the ACM China Council.
Develop memberships through chapters and activities.
ACM China Website will be more and more informative.
Two Council Meetings will be held, about 100 people will attend.
One major event with about 1000 attendees will be held.
More CACM Chinese Version will be printed and sent out.

3.3 List new projects or programs which are proposed or contemplated.
Online Payment on ACM China Website. We will try to develop online payment for
ACM Chinese members. It will be more convenient and easy to apply the memberships.
3.4 List details of plan to increase the diversity of the committee membership, with respect to younger members, a wider geographic representation, and a better balance with respect to industry/academia, gender, and other under-represented groups.
Develop memberships from the student chapters to increase the numbers of young members.
Develop membership from local chapters to increase the width of geographic representation.
4. COMMENTS
List any comments you wish brought to your Board's or Council's attention.
Besides all the activities we held in China, we are really look forward to seeing more
ACM conferences being held in China. On one hand, such events can attract more and more memberships and make ACM more and more influential in China. On the other hand, in recent years, the computer science in China has developed rapidly, it think ACM China is ready and capable to hold such events, such as SIGMOD, SIGCOM.
