1. Describe the Applicant’s organisation previous experience of development
cooperation. What results were achieved?
2. Describe the Co-applicant organisation’s previous experience of development
cooperation. What results were achieved?
3. Have your organisations cooperated before? If so, what was the result of the
cooperation and what lessons did you learn?
4. Describe the capacity of your organisations using SWOT analysis. Specify the
areas in which the Belarusian organisation’s capacity will be strengthened within
the project.
5. Name the Applicant organisation’s other national and international donors. In
what way will a contribution from Forum Syd supplement the work being done
through funding from other donors?
