

CASE WORK EVALUATION
 We will deploy the GAS (Goal Attainment Scoring) system of evaluation. This is
used in similar circumstances and allows us to evaluate predicted and required
outcomes in the context of case work complexity
OTHER TECHNIQUES


We will develop satisfaction and attainment criteria specific to the
requirements of individual projects and interventions.

To oversee the recruitment, supervision, training and

adhered to and updated as required
To implement National Occupational Standards as applicable
to role and responsibilities within the organisation.

To prepare and provide regular (quarterly) financial reports to the
Management Group and Trustees
To submit records to the organisation’s accountants on annual basis
To present an annual report to the management group To keep abreast of
all legal developments (financial and operational) that impact on the
organisation’s activities including:
