Account 139076 – violations: commercial vehicles and trash in yard – homeowners are going through changes and son is using
truck to move and it will be gone within 7 days; trash has been cleaned up and he has apologized to neighbors already
Account 139393 – violations: trailer in driveway with tarp, trash cans in street view – homeowners are moving and trailer has
been there to help move and to make it look like someone is home; trash cans were in the front while pavers were put down
Account 139079 – violations: home needs to be pressure washed, fence in disrepair, lawn mowed/edged – homeowner is
being fined $100 per day until violations are resolved – homeowner did not appear
Account 139623 – violations: old appliances in side yard for many months and boat in driveway - homeowner (rental
company) is being fined $100 per day until violations are resolved – homeowner did not appear
Account 139225 – violations: old newspapers in yard and driveway and items in front of garage – one homeowner on deed is
deceased, the other did not appear; homeowner will be fined $100 per day until violations are resolved; water has been
turned off and suspected squatters – we have to respond to the notice to be the creditor

Account 139403 – legal action: foreclosure on prior lien signed and filed
Accounts 139662, 139104 – legal action: lien to foreclosure signed and filed
Greg made the motion to approve the financials as submitted. Jon seconded. Motion passed.

Homeowner Hearings
New Business
Fall BBQ/festival – Saturday, October 17 th from 12pm-4pm. We’ll have a bounce house, cotton candy machine, popcorn
machine, pumpkin painting, hay ride, BBQ, etc.
We need volunteers for the festival! Please contact a board member if you can commit your time!
Fall Yard Sale – Saturday, October 3 rd from 7am-1pm
We’ll get quotes on building a “cage” in the pool storage room for the holiday decorations when not in use.
Next year’s budget will need to incorporate bathroom renovations
We need to set a date for installing the plywood at the tennis courts for the handball court; this will be set at next meeting
Many snakes, including copperheads, have been spotted in our neighborhood. Please be sure to keep yard waste cleaned up
to keep pests at a minimum.
The fall BBQ will be the last opportunity for picking up fobs before next pool season ; 430 households have received fobs
Next spring, the next board will institute a “yard of the month” for each side of the neighborhood to help encourage
homeowners to keep improving on their curb appeal.
AMS contract is in the works for changing: 90 day out with n o penalty/fault, 4% increase by vote (versus automatic);
deadline given to AMS is August 26 th.
