Please fill this table for each lot and forward to capriole@pocketinet.com. Photos should be sent as attachments, not
inserted into the form. Photos will be approximately the size of the lower left cell. Sending me anything larger than
about 100 kbs slows things down, but I can adjust the size. Be sure photo is saved under the goat’s name so I know who
it is.









Do not change font style or size. Do not type in all caps. Ennobled should look like this: *Ennobled*
It is okay to type something extra in the pedigree cell such as “by Eggsfile” or “Mojo Magic x Frances” or “ABGA
Nat’l Ch”. (I may edit some of these additions.)
You may choose which of your assigned lots the goat sells (see “lot order” document). If you do not assign the lot #,
I’ll probably assign them in the order received.
If your doe is bred or exposed, you may indicate such in the heading, as well as the comment box.
Heading descriptor should read “10 months” or “Bred 2 yr old” or “Open 2 yr old” or similar. Calculate age
based on sale date.
“ Full blood Doe ” “ Purebred Doe ” “ 75 % Doe ” “ Full Blood Buck “ etc.
Type your ranch name in the upper right cell
In the Reg # cell, list it as “ABGA 1234567” or “USBGA 12345678”. If dual registered, I suggest you list the
ABGA number and then mention “dual registered with USBGA/IBGA” in the comments box.
In the “born” cell, type date as 12/01/2010 not: December 1, 2010
It helps me if you save the form under the goat name before forwarding, so I can find it in my files.
Forward the completed form as soon as you know who your lot is, even if you don’t yet have a photo.
