Current Job Duties and Responsibilities
Identifies patient care requirements and resolves problems and needs by utilizing
multidisciplinary team strategies. Maintains a cooperative relationship among health
care teams by communicating information and responding to requests.
Establishes a compassionate environment by establishing personal rapport and by
providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
Promotes patient's independence by establishing care goals; teaching participants
to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, making or

Maintains continuity among nursing teams by communicating actions, irregularities,
