2013 SPRING SEASON
GULF COAST LITTLE LEAGUE
On behalf of the players, families and Board of Directors at Gulf Coast Little League,
thank you for considering sponsorship as a way to support your Local Little League.
Sponsors have played a critical role throughout our 55 years in Collier County. Last year
alone, nearly 280 children participated in our spring season and we expect over 300
players to participate in our 2013 season.
OUR FUNDRAISING GOALS THIS YEAR ARE $30,000.00 TO ALLOW FOR A NEEDED
REPLACEMENT OF OUR BATTING CAGES AND A PURCHASE OF A SUITABLE EQUIPMENT
SHED.
There are 4 levels of sponsorship opportunities:
Player Sponsor
$90
With this level of contribution, you will be allowing a child to play that could not
otherwise afford our registration fee for a season that runs from January through
May. All Player Sponsors will be listed on our GCLL website and posted
throughout the season in our periodic newsletters.
Team Sponsor
$250
Our most popular sponsorship level, this contribution will allow you to put your
company name on the back of each member’s game jersey on one team as
well as a featured listing on our banner posted at the site, and listing on our
GCLL website. Additionally, team sponsors are often mentioned at the
beginning of each game featuring your sponsored team or teams.
If you commit to sponsoring early, you may also have a choice of what division
and MLB Minor or Major team your sponsorship will cover. A team photo plaque
of your featured team thanking you will be presented at the end of the season
on Closing Day.
Event Sponsor
$500
This sponsor opportunity allows your company to focus efforts towards a favorite
or suitable event that our league traditionally schedules. The events that may
be available are; Golf Tournament, Pool Party, Family Night, Opening/Closing
Ceremony, Fall Ball and All Stars. Your company will get a dedicated banner to
be displayed during the event and during the two week period (approx) prior to
and during the event and recognition on our website.

League Sponsor
$1000
This level of sponsorship truly exhibits the support of quality instruction and safety
for Gulf Coast Little League players and coaches. This contribution will allow
your company name to be featured on the team jerseys of one team of your
choice, as well as a banner dedicated to your company name with full logo.
Additional perks include mention at many or all of our game days, a featured
recognition at Opening and Closing Ceremonies and opportunities for your
company to feature product information, business cards or other information at
any of our events and concession stand. Finally, a team photo plaque thanking
you will be presented to you or your representative at the end of the season on
Closing Day.

focus continues to emphasize fair play, sportsmanship and a firm foundation of
skills in a safe environment for players, coaches and spectators.
