Terms and Conditions:
1. Protein sequences are subject to pre-project analysis. Exclusions are applicable for some requests: Ⅰ: large genes,
longer than 3 kbp or high molecular-weight protein, larger than 110 kDa; Ⅱ: Membrane or toxic proteins; Ⅲ: High
purity-proteins, more than 85% purity; Ⅳ: The customers provide the expression construct/virus/Bacmid DNA.
2. The protein service will be free of charge if the expression level is too low to eventually obtain 1 mg of purified protein
after GenScript’s evaluation.
3. Up to 2 fusion tag(s) may be tested to increase the expression level and solubility of the protein and applied for
protein production and purification.
4. Gp67 signal peptide may be added for extracellular expression and residued after purification.
5. GenScript reserves the right to choose the best tag and tag position in order to guarantee the target protein
expression.
6. For eligible proteins, a minimum of 1 mg soluble protein with 75% purity will be delivered to customers
