After-School Activity Buses

Departure from PJMS at 4:30 PM
Free to all participants
I give permission for my student(s), ________________________________________, to ride the PJMS afterschool activity bus for the 2013-2014 school year. The buses will be available Monday-Friday for students who need
to stay after school to participate in a supervised school activity; buses will depart at 4:30pm from PJMS. Two
routes will be available, one to Sutton area neighborhoods, and one to Butte area neighborhoods.
I understand it is possible my child may not be dropped off at his/her regular bus stop. Instead, he/she may be
dropped off at one of the pre-determined stops in our neighborhood (given your neighborhood is near one of the

As always, transportation will be provided to athletic competitions only. Parents will need to provide transportation
home from any competition that is not at PJMS or ends after the after-school bus departure time.
Not sure if the bus be able to drop your child off close to home? Fill out the paperwork and get it back to
PJMS with any questions attached. We’ll try our best to make the routes work for you.

I understand the buses will make centralized stops to accommodate as many riders as possible. Additionally, I
understand that riding the activity bus from PJMS is a privilege that can be removed at any time if my child’s
behavior is unsatisfactory.
