inform to our QC Inspector.

project and timely submit to Quality Assurance Analyst;
Maintaining log book for Request of Inspection.
Making Martial Inspection Request and Report.
Making Calibration, Termination, installation and testing reports of Instrument

Maintaining all E & I QAQC Documents.
Updating Cons. Matrix & Pre. Commissioning Matrix and send to client and
contractor.
Checking Test Equipment’s Due date Calibration and send to Cal. Lab and after
calibration making Cal. Report and submitted to Contractor office with Cal.
Certificates.
Making Technician and Electrician IDs and maintain their assignment also
distribute them to needed place when join new technicians and electricians.
