All applicants are encouraged to complete this checklist which includes references to the
relevant area of the TRA Migration Points Advice Applicant Guidelines. All evidence is
required to be submitted as a certified copy. A copy of a certified copy will not be accepted,
your application may be returned as invalid. See Section 1.14 and 2.6.4 of the MPA Applicant
Guidelines for information on certified documents and statutory declarations.
Please note additional requirements for periods of self-employment.
