Our physical, emotional and spiritual health is created. As our consciousness shifts
from showing up in the default to creating our ideal life, we are often more willing to
incorporate natural tools for healing. There are thousands and thousands of natural
solutions. It would be impossible to list them all in one place. What I have done
instead is provide some of the most common. Instead I have listed some of the most
common and included resources where I could in case you wanted to research them.
Apple Cider Vinegar is fermented apples which has multiple uses and benefits including:
used for cleaning and disinfecting, treating nail fungus, lice, warts and ear infections, kills
bacteria, stabilizes blood sugars (especially great for diabetics), reduces calorie intake, and kills
cancer cells and minimize tumors. Can be added to water each day (1-2 tsps) or used in
dressings.
Aromatherapy: Is the use of natural oils from the bark, stems, leaves and roots of plants to
enhance physical and emotional wellbeing through inhalation.
Castor Oil: Is an ancient natural oil with numerous health and beauty benefits including: a
treatment for acne, skin irritations, pigmentation, constipation, hair loss, ringworm, boosting
immunity, relieving arthritis and joint pain, disinfectant, fungal infections, fading scars, wrinkles

*Take one tablespoon of castor oil at bed time until you get relief.
* Apply 3 to 4 drops of lukewarm castor oil over the navel at night in kids.
Coconut Oil: Is a saturated fat and a super food for it’s amazing healing ability. It has many
benefits including: fat loss, better brain function, reduces hunger, is an antibacterial and
antifungal, reduces seizures, moisturizes hair and skin, acts as a sunscreen, and improves HDL
(good cholesterol).

Detox: Naturally eliminates stored toxins, cuts your cravings, restores your energy and digestive
health, minimized your day to day symptoms, reduces inflammation and allows you to lose weight
and inches.
Detox body wrap: Naturally release stored toxins in this therapeutic wrap. After exfoliating, a

Melatonin: is a natural hormone that regulates sleep. It is best used for 14 consecutive days to
reset sleep.
Tongue Scraper: used in Ayurveda to designed to clean the bacterial build-up, food debris,
fungi, and dead food and cells on the tongue. This not only helps with dental hygiene but
alleviates cravings as well.
Warm water with lemon: It’s been known for centuries that drinking room temperature water
with lemon first thing in the morning has many health benefits including: improving digestion,
