Executive Board Report:




Chair: Spencer, Michelle, and Nigiste met up to update the funds request form, met with Sharon to ask about budget and addition
of new org, club fair is not mandatory for ESC but if you are attending please let Spencer know.
Executive Assistant: Worked on the updated
Community Programmer: Sent out the press release last week to the observer for the What is ESC campaign waiting to hear back
if not she will go hunt them down. ESC yard sale is going to be tabled until next quarter there isn’t enough time this quarter to
plan it. Going to Chamber of Commerce Business after hours to see if there is anything for ESC to take part of within the
community. Possible ESC potluck and leadership workshop for the ESC orgs to establish better unity among the organizations
check your e-mail for more information.
Advisor: Reminder that Parade of Nations is tomorrow at 7pm in the Ballroom! Rehearsal tonight at 5 pm in the ballroom.

BSU: Getting ready for Slam poetry night on November 20th SURC pit 5-7, planning for MLK day in January, having good critical
thinking time during club meetings because of
VIP:
NASA: Monday November 25th 5-7 pm President reception center, 211 E. 10th AVE. Free! All invited and all are welcome
performance by Sprit of the Renegade!
FASA: Philippines have been hit with a typhoon and right now they are working on a community service project to donate food,
clothes, money, etc. working on this for this coming week not for only this quarter but the rest of the year. Next Saturday
fundraiser $5.00 gets you food, watch the fight, and enjoy and have a good time. First batch of t-shirts have gone out! If you
would like a t-shirt second order is going out soon let FASA know. Saturday 23RD alliance meeting Black 202 at noon.
EQuAL: Working on events right now they have a panel in the SURC pit, that night at 7 pm candle light vigil Barto lawn, chalk
outlines on the east SURC patio
MeCha: Last Wednesday had election treasure, secretary, and historian, Cultural awareness week/Chicano awareness week.
Made drawings or notes that represents themselves planning on putting them on display somewhere. APA Retreat in Cheney
participating a plan of action to help Eastern with their crisis for the Chicano program at the University. If you would like to also
attend contact Alyssa.
FGSO: Participating in a community service project working with high school students and helping them with their college
applications and essays.


ABLE: Ware Fare fundraiser for charity, Josh and others working on getting books for the elementary school, also working on
getting t-shirts/sweatshirts to promote ABLE, working with the Museum on campus to make things accessible for students on
campus with disabilities,
ROTARACT: Raked leaves at a Rotarian house for community services, November 14th Rotary Social, Club Fair on November 18th,
Holiday extravaganza on December 7.
Old Business:



Constitution and by-law committee: if no org members are available to work on the Constitution it will be on next weeks agenda,
if anyone in your org is interested on being on the committee please e-mail Spencer their contact info ASAP.




Presidents Round Table: Sent out a doodle poll for possible meeting dates. This quarter goal is wrap up of this quarter and goals
for next quarter.

Org of the Month: this month is FASA! Thank you FASA for all of your hard work.
Issues/Concerns/Announcements

Inclusivity and Diversity Council (looking for student representatives) -Next Meeting is November 18th at 2:00 pm in SURC 301

11/26 ESC meeting will be canceled

11/26 BOD Meeting will be canceled

Hype if you would like to be featured in Hype please let them know now! Even if your information is not finalized they can just
reserve a space for your org.

Bring your cultural to the table is November 14th most likely 5 or 6 ‘o clock
Public Comments: Public Comments may be submitted to Spencer Flores in person or via email BODcommunity@cwu.edu. Public comments
may also be presented at the time of the meeting
