Coordinator - The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entirety of the REVOLUTION. In particular, the

Coordinator will plan and lead the weekly meetings, remain in close contact with all members of leadership, follow through with members of leadership to make sure all action items are accomplished on time, keep all documents updated, attend all events, and work to grow and develop the REVOLUTION in new ways. The

Coordinator will also oversee the planning and implementation of all REVOLUTION related events on and off campus to ensure they run smoothly. The Coordinator will meet with the St. Mary’s Pastoral Team advisor regularly and attend St Mary’s Leadership Forums once a month. The Coordinator will also schedule and plan the leadership retreat at the start of each semester with the help of the Assistant Coordinator.

Assistant Coordinator - The Assistant Coordinator will assist the Coordinator by completing any unfulfilled responsibilities in their absence. In the absence of the Coordinator, the Assistant Coordinator will preside at meetings and be directly responsible to the Pastoral Team advisor for all REVOLUTION activities. They are responsible for booking rooms on campus, as well as the necessary location for Unveiling Reality. They will work in accordance with the Study Group Coordinator to help organize on-campus study groups.The Assistant

Coordinator is also in charge of helping planning and organizing the fall and spring leadership retreat with the

Coordinator. The Assistant Coordinator will also perform other such duties as usually pertains to the position or as may be assigned by the Coordinator. They must attend all leadership meetings and be present at all

REVOLUTION events.

Financial Coordinator – The Financial Coordinator is responsible for creating and running the budget, as well as coordinating with the staff accountant. The budget includes the revenues (parking lot, merchandise, and St.

Mary’s fund) and expenses (food, speakers, locations, etc.). The Financial Coordinator will also perform other such duties as usually pertain to the position or as may be assigned by the Coordinator. They must attend all leadership meetings and be present and at all REVOLUTION events.

Public Relations Coordinator - The Public Relations Coordinator is responsible for promoting the

REVOLUTION events, study groups, and other upcoming opportunities with the ministry at St. Mary’s and on campus. The Public Relations Coordinator should relay accurate promotional information to the Media/Tech

Coordinator for the purpose of updating the website. The Public Relations Coordinator will also perform other such duties as usually pertain to the position or as may be assigned by the Coordinator. They must attend all leadership meetings and be present at all REVOLUTION events.

Study Group Coordinator - The Study Group Coordinator is in charge of recruiting study group leaders, making the study group schedule, reserving rooms, assisting the Coordinator with Study Group leader training, organizing participants into their groups, getting weekly updates from the study group leaders, and all other responsibilities related to study groups. The Study Group Coordinator is also in charge of reserving rooms for the REVOLUTION leadership meetings.The Study Group Coordinator will also perform other such duties as usually pertain to the position or as may be assigned by the Coordinator. They must attend all leadership meetings and be present at all

REVOLUTION events.

Media/Tech Coordinator - The Media/Tech Coordinator is responsible for all technology related issues for the

REVOLUTION including making sure the videos and all media are finalized and working. They must ensure various technology is reserved and set-up. Additionally, the Media/Tech Coordinator will retrieve promotional information from the Public Relations Coordinator and work to keep the website accurately updated with events and study group information. The Media/Tech Coordinator will also perform other such duties as usually pertain to the position or as may be assigned by the Coordinator. They must attend all leadership meetings and be present at all REVOLUTION events.
