Assignment 3.2: Identify a content area and a complex real-world problem or task in this
content area. Identify a student population to be taught this content. Post a description of your
content area, the problem or task, and the student population to your team wiki.
The student population is a beginning photography class interested in learning some of the
fundamentals of using lighting to create good pictures. This does not cover composition, posing or
elements of doing a photo shoot but can help lay a foundation for understanding how light and your
camera work together to create well exposed images.
The task then is to first understand how the four elements of good exposure work together and
then to dissect several examples of poorly exposed photos and understand what could have been done
different ly to correct the issue
