Susan Yin Rui is a Field Resource Specialist at the ALBETAC. She has a Ph. D degree in
modern Chinese language and teaching. Her experiences include teaching Chinese as a foreign
language and Chinese bilingual math courses as well as supervising New York City public school
ESL/bilingual programs.
