This course aims at enabling students:
Study and analyze the concepts related to the development of EFL
Curriculum for the Intermediate and Secondary School in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Study in depth, the EFL Curriculum, designed by the Ministry of
Education, for the Intermediate and Secondary Schools of the KSA.
Critically study and analyze the textbooks developed for the
Intermediate and Secondary Schools of the KSA.
Study critically the relevant Teachers’ Books.
Gain sufficient command of the material to be taught at Intermediate
and Secondary School.
Familiarize themselves with the various types of educational aids
supplied to be Ministry of Education.

Review of the Educational Aids supplied by the Ministry of Education (i.e. Wall
Charts, Flash Cards, Audio Cassette, etc.)
