response - students on whole could
compare structure of shared text
with the structure they use in class.
Eva will continue to plan for shared
reading sessions over the next 3
weeks and involve more students in
the response giving. Will continue
to get students to stretch responses.
Needs to search out CSI resources
on shared drive.

maths and English continuum at
planning sessions.

7. Look for more ways to include
oral language work when working
with teachers. Plan with teachers to
ensure specific teaching re oral
language.
Consult with Lyndsey about the
maths continuum –
Teachers should be spending time
on each section noted in the
continuum– better to spend more
time on less. Students need to be
able to articulate understandings
and demonstrate their
understanding of algorithms using
the 6 modes. Stress the importance
of oral language in maths.
