MAIN MISSION
Within our Foam Central Quality Department, your main responsibility will be to
respond to customers’ needs in matter of quality of prototypes and preproduction parts.
With this objective, you will have to:
- Ensure compliance with parts delivered according to the customer expectations in using
control plans and reports and respecting the customer standards.
- Identify and manage the possible non-compliance in implementing detailed action plans
together with manufacturing departments.
- Make sure that, for parts provided by suppliers, control reports are delivered in a
consistent manner.
- Inform Quality Engineers and Engineering Managers about possible problems identified
in production.
- Be able to take charge of the follow-up of one or more new programs during the
prototype phase.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Advanced Technician or Junior Engineer, in Quality or Production area.
Practical knowledge of quality tools and process (8D, PFMEA, Capability, etc…).
Ability to analyze; sense of rigour.
Communication skills and sense of teamwork.
Fluent in French & English; German would be appreciated.
