search box. The link for the Word document will come up. Save the form to your computer. Fill it out and then email it
as an attachment to lhhnursingadmin@nshs.edu.
2.
If you work at LHH and would like to submit your application manually: submit the completed paper application and
place it in the Nursing Admin drop box. The drop box is located on the wall outside of The Nursing Admin Office, 2nd
floor, 100 East 77th Street.
3.
All employees who submit a transfer application will receive an emailed receipt to their NSLIJ email account.
