Proms & Homecomings
The Event Factory offers complete packages that keep the committees work to a minimum while
creating a magical event that the students will enjoy!
Our Packages Can Include:
Our Magical Facility, Beverages, Food, Desserts, Disc Jockey, Video Projection,
Club Level Lighting, Themed Decorations, Custom Themed Invitations and Instant Photography.
Each of these services is explained below.
The Event Factory:
Our facility offers two different ballrooms with two different pre-function and photo areas.
The Castle Ballroom area features over 18,000 square feet of space. It features the main
ballroom at over 9000 square feet and The Castle Courtyard for the bar and socializing. This
combination is suitable for groups up to 1000 guests.
The Swan Ballroom area features over 8000 square feet of space. It features the main ballroom
at over 2000 square feet and The Enchanted Forest for the bar and socializing. This combination
is suitable for groups up to 300 guests.
Both ballrooms feature special areas for the photography. The two ballrooms can also be
combined to service larger schools. When combined, the two ballrooms can feature different
Disc Jockeys playing music geared toward multiple genres. The capacity when combining the
two ballrooms and renting the entire facility is apx. 1300 guests.
Beverages:
A beverage bar with Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water and Gatorades served in plastic cups.
Food & Desserts:
We offer food and dessert packages that feature assorted appetizers such as chicken fingers,
empanadas and egg rolls. We then add desserts such as éclairs, cookies, mini cupcakes, cream
puffs, cinnamon rolls and brownies. These are then served from a buffet presentation that is
refreshed throughout the evening. Presentation includes disposable dinnerware such as plates
and napkins.
Disc Jockey:
Our in-house disc jockeys will play the clean versions of the music you select. A meeting will
be set up prior to the event for the school committee to meet with the DJ to review the evening’s
selections. We offer cordless microphones for the schools announcements by the students and
teachers.

Video Projection:
Our ballrooms feature built in video projection systems that allow you to play school produced
slideshows. These systems also allow our Disc Jockeys to play music videos from some of the
artists selected on your play lists. Video projection is only available when using our in-house
Disc Jockeys.
Club Level Lighting:
Our ballrooms also feature complete club level lighting systems that are controlled by our Disc
Jockey. These lighting systems create a fun and energy filled environment for hosting your
party.
Theme Decorations
Our staff can transform our facility into many different themed atmospheres. From Royal Galas
to Hollywood movie sets, we can create the ultimate themed party! Prices for additional
decoration services are quoted upon request. Existing props are offered for use at no additional
cost to your package. Think of The Event Factory as the ultimate movie soundstage where any
theme can be brought to life!
Custom Themed Invitations:
Our graphic design team can create custom invitations that will excite the students about your
schools theme and upcoming party. These can be combined with promoting our photography
services or they can be used solely as an invitation. They can also include a map to the facility
from your schools area. Basic invitation styles are included in packages that have been quoted to
include invitations. Additional fees may apply for some custom papers or presentations.
Instant Photography:
In this day and age of instant everything, we offer photography packages that allow the students
to take home a portrait print the night of the event! No longer do they need to order their prints
and wait weeks for their delivery. Our 5x7 party favor prints come with a receipt that states the
student can scan and reprint the picture. We also offer the option to purchase a DVD that
contains four (4) images taken that night. These images may all be printed by the student after
the event. Both packages provide the student with their picture to take home at the end of the
party!!! Prints are created using high quality dye-sub technology.
Photography Payment Options:
The school can choose to include one party favor print to each guest as part of their ticket price.
With this option, the student would receive one 5x7 party favor to take home that night as part of
the amount that they paid for the event ticket. They can still choose to upgrade and pay on their
own for a DVD containing four pictures.
The other option is for the school to allow us to provide this service and the student has the
option of purchasing their picture and DVD that night.
In either case, The Event Factory will provide the school with promotional material that explains
the students purchase options.

Pricing and Payment Schedules:
Homecoming pricing ranges from $12.00 to $20.00 per guest.
Prom pricing ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per guest.
These prices above include all the services listed above except for the Invitations and
Photography services. A final price quote is issued to each school upon request and is based on
the date and the number of event hours. Saturday nights carry a minimum rental fee for each
ballroom. We try to work with schools to meet their budgets whenever possible.
Custom Invitations add $3.00 per copy to the schools cost.
Party favor prints pre-paid by the school add $5.00 per guest.
The pricing we charge to the students if they are purchasing a 5x7 print is $15.00 per print and
we offer a package of two (2) 5x7 prints with a DVD containing four images for just $25.00!
This is very popular because it gives the student the ability to go home with four images and
print them in any size or share them with their friends.
The deposit required to secure the date is between $1000.00 and $2000.00. The balance is then
due seven to 30 days prior to the event date. Details are provided with your official quote.
How To Obtain A Quote:
Simply send us an email or call with the following information:
Your schools name.
The class sponsor teacher’s name.
The date or dates that you are interested in.
The anticipated number of guests for your event.
The number of hours that the event will occur. (Most are four (4) hours long.)
Do you want custom invitations?
Do you want to provide a 5x7 party favor print to each guests paid for within the event ticket
price? If not, do you want to offer instant photography through The Event Factory Staff?

committee with a tour of our facility. Simply call us to arrange a tour or check on date
availability.
