Here’s some cool things coming up and happening
in our class!!!
Oct. 19th, 2015
Oct. 30th- Trunk-or-Treat
Fall Classroom Parties-November 13th. More info to come.
Math-We have been learning so much about multiplication. I encourage students
to work on flash cards at home, preferabley 2-5 times a week. The quicker they
can get with their facts the easier division will be.
Reading- I encourage all students to take part in the Caldecott Challenge Mrs. Polk
is doing in library. You may sign the ‘checked by’ column next to the book they
read.
Writing-We are completeing our picture books and will be moving onto opinion
writing on Wednesday.
Science-We will be starting the water cycle today!
Supplies we still need- Ziplock baggies, magnetic letters, box tops, Little Ceaser’s
Pizza stubs.
