O give thanks to the Lord, call on God’s name;
Make known God’s deeds among the peoples.
Sing praises to God; tell of all God’s wonderful works.
Glory in God’s holy name; let the hearts of those who
seek the Lord rejoice!
Let us remember the wonderful works of God.
Rejoice, people of God! Praise the Lord!
~ Psalm 105
*Hymn of Praise

*Invocation
Wondrous and unwearied God, breathe deeply into us
so that we may be eased into this holy time. We come
breathless to You from fretful times and blurred places
-- our attention splintered, our energy drained, our love
glazed, our faith frayed. Still we have been drawn here,
and we thank you for this insistent yearning to worship
and renew. O Breath of God, fill us with life anew.
Amen.
