1. Online job card generation:
A process of achieving 100% automation on job cards. A job card is a replication on a operator’s performance & also
on machines availability.
Individual Operations done on the machine order wise is captured. Other important parameters like shift, part
number, duration of the process are also taken into the perspective.
Required reports based on data available can be generated and the same shall be part of automatic email sent to
authorities at appropriate time.
2. OEE: overall equipment effectiveness

b) Performance
c) Quality
Our application does acquisition from the CNC’s or the broaching machines on a second to second basics we get a lot of
parameters like cycle time.
Availability conforms to the production time. How long or what duration was available for the production. Certain
parameters like throughput & cycle time attribute to performance.
Data from quality machines can be integrated to produce OEE.
3. ANDONS:
A visual mechanism to soothe the escalation issue within the production floors. Data can either be obtained through
tower lamps/through CNC machines and the same shall be displayed on the television or LED display. This process as a
whole shall improvise the productivity of the shop floor.
Data shall be acquired into centralized application continuously through logger and with the use of necessary
hardware, shall be displayed on the LED/TV
4. Customer Relationship Management:
A comprehensive tools which shall enable the corporate and its sales entities to manage leads, quotation for products,
tracking opportunities, converting orders.
Commissioning/installation reports, service reports, maintenance reports, user management, necessary Google
map integration.
Administrator shall have the privilege to control the masters. Various customized reports are generated.
5. Automatic tool life management:
Very important and a complicated processed are handled in a comprehensive & a simplistic way.
Data from the sensors with in the machine send the data to the application. In this process is proven for majority
of controllers such as MAZAK, SIEMENS, FANUC & HEIDEN HEN.
6. FIFO Based Inventory:
An inventory mechanism which shall stores various parts with in the stores.
Incoming materials from the suppliers are entered in to the application/ERP. Data from ERP shall integrate to the
inventory application. Based on the lot a bar code is generated and parted on the lot of products.
The same is placed in the lack which shall be entered in the app. the seen on the lot shall determine whether the
product is ready to use/have some other product with more shelf life.
7. WIP using barcode & RFID:
Work in progress is an online In-house production/mechanism for all the production mechanism assembly.at every stage
either a barcode is entered/RHD tag is generated & same keeps on pointing to a single order number. Based on the
order number every individual part in the production/assembly is tracked.

Data Acquisition is a process where the parameters from the machines are extracted through an intellectual method,
this process varies from machine to machine. There is no competitors who are as flexible as we are with data
acquisitions, we work with all leading PLC brands for data acquisition such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Haas,
Mitsubishi, Mazak etc. Data Acquisition has been the varsity and strength of Our Company, our innovation has been
instrumental in being way ahead in the technical architecture, SRKS IS the first company in Bangalore, to bring complete
IT into the Manufacturing. Machine to Machine concept is seamless and scalable. Machines which Manufacture also
talk, SRKS gave the presentation to the same. Every machine in a family is built in a way, understanding the specifics of

We either use the platform or use the libraries/OPC to get the specific data from the machine,
modelling of data after that is a cake walk with the pre-determined formats.
Data Acquisition has two methods

Integration of Application and ERP:
Lot of data from the data needs to be updated to ERP, remember ERP is a one point application which holds all the
backend data. All the data from the front End applications such as Job card shall be pushed to back end and similarly if
information from ERP such as scheduling information and pulled into the applications. Our software team has multiple
architectures in place for the integration to happen. Software such as Production Monitoring, inventory monitoring on a
FIFO wants its data to be saved in ERP. We have done the same at multiple customer location with different ERP’s such
as SAP, QAD and Oracle.
Currently our various solutions such as Inventory, Tool Crib, Job Card, Production monitoring have been integrated with
ERP with ease.
