Optional Erosion, Deposition and Weathering Project

S6E5 f. Explain the effects of physical processes (plate tectonics, erosion, deposition, volcanic eruption, gravity) on geological features.
Students may create a PowerPoint, word document or hand drawn picture book. Indentify the cause of
each example of weathering, erosion, and deposition. Use the pictures and facts to prove mastery of the
standard.
(Extra points will be given for pictures taken or drawn of examples found in Georgia.)

Pictures can also be drawn but they must be neat accurate and colorful.
Identify the force or agent of erosion (wind, water, ice or gravity)
Identify the type of erosion (mass movement/glaciers/wind / run off)
Add an explanation about or facts/details about the type of erosion and how this type of erosion happens in nature.
Describe where the picture comes from include the city and state
