Transmission Owner Contact Information for SCRs with TO Add-back kW Values for Summer 2015
Special Case Resource TO Add-back kW values allow for adjustments to a resource’s metered load for
resource Demand Reduction in a TO’s Demand Response Program which coincide with a SCR Load
Zone Peak Hour identified by the NYISO. Transmission Owners will report resource Demand
Reductions that coincide with any SCR Load Zone Peak Hours in DRIS.


Timeframe for Revising TO Add-back values:

Changes to TO Add-back values may be made to an individual SCR during the Provisional
ACL Verification import period (November 11, 2015 to January 14, 2016)

Changes to TO Add-back values may be made to an individual SCR during the initial
monthly enrollment period in the Capability Period
How to Effectuate a Change to TO Add-back Values

Changes to TO Add-back values may only be made by the applicable TO. Within the
timeframes described above, RIPs may use the contact information below to request
that the applicable TO correct the TO Add-back value reported to DRIS for any individual
SCR.
A change to the TO Add-back value for an individual SCR, when entered into DRIS by the applicable TO
within the timeframes described above, will cause the SCR’s ACL to be recalculated in DRIS.
