containers, monotop cans, pour top cans, ammunition boxes and an oil can. We also manufacture rigid
plastic packaging including pails, drums, hybrid paint cans, all-plastic colorant cans and plastic bottles.
Today, BWAY is the only manufacturer in the country that can provide metal paint cans, hybrid paint
cans and all-plastic colorant cans to meet our customer needs. We have the most extensive product

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Communicate with and train employees on quality procedures and documentation requirements
•Handle root cause analysis and troubleshooting
•Perform process, quality and dock audits
•Assist in new product testing.
•Review supply audit and QA log book.
•Provide counseling, leadership, and training to QA and production employees on the correct
procedures and required Quality documentation.
•Revise and edit quality documentation as necessary.
•Monitor and analyze receiving inspection and receiving audit system.
•Maintain all quality gauges.
•Interview and select new QA inspectors.
•Maintain and track Process Books, Deviation log, Alert Notice Log, and Document Update Log.
•Responsible for time tracking and attendance of QA inspectors.
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor Degree of Science or Engineering preferred
•3 – 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Quality Assurance
•Knowledge of product, application and quality assurance concepts
•Nationally recognized certification attainment in the areas of quality engineering (e.g., American
Society for Quality CQE, CRE, CMQ/OE) strongly preferred
