For each course, have responsibility for development of syllabus, original teaching materials, and assessment instruments; and, teach within face-to-face and hybrid learning formats.

Integrate technology to enhance the learning experience (e.g., on-line interactive audio-visual materials, interactive on-line quizzes, use of clicker technology, etc.). Current service on ad hoc committee to develop new research methods course (PSYC 311), ad hoc committee to develop new advising assignment process, and undergraduate honors thesis committee.

Job Duties & Activities: In a private practice setting, conducted: psychoeducational, personality (social-emotional), and admissions assessments with clients ranging from 5 to 50 years old. Conducted 9 to 12 assessments per month. Developed a database (Microsoft Access) and template (Microsoft Word) to streamline report writing for the entire practice.

Also conducted psychoeducational and personality assessments on site at Alldredge Wilderness Journey (a three-month therapeutic wilderness treatment program for adolescents in crisis) in West Virginia.
