memory of their loved ones this fall. The $500
scholarships will be awarded through the F-B
Education Foundation to graduating seniors in the
spring of 2016 at the Honors Banquet.

pursuing a degree in the
medical field. Marv was a
teacher in the F-B School
System for 32 years and
a wrestling coach.

Childhood,
Elementary
Education or one pursuing
an agricultural related field.
Arnold farmed in the area
and Arlene was a Foster
Grandparent at the school.
Currently the Education Foundation offers 27
scholarships totaling $19,000 to graduating seniors!

Foundation Seeking Nominations
The Education Foundation is seeking
nominations for a Distinguished Alumnus 2016.
The Foundation has presented this award at
their annual Spring Dinner since 1999. The
Foundation seeks to recognize a graduate of
Fertile-Beltrami for his/her achievements and
contributions made to their community, state,
and country.
Please send your nomination and reasons for
recommendation to: FB Ed Foundation, PO Box
382, Fertile, MN 56540 or email to:
rnorland@gvtel.com. Nominations can also be
dropped off at the school district office.
Nominations must be received by January 13.
