TOGETHER WE ARE BRAHMANS
2nd 9-Weeks: Week 3: October 26th, 2015
Quote for the Week:
“Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.”
T.S. Elliot
Word of the Week:
Demonstrate: Have students focus on announcements and activities provided by Mrs. Sherlock to embed the
word of the week.
Thoughts for the Week:
I would like to give a huge thank you to Guidance and everyone who had schedules disrupted due to 5 weeks
of testing.
Shout-out to the OHS Band! They were rated straight SUPERIOR at the FBA in Jensen. Outstanding!
The support for Tyrell Taylor and Trey Howard was amazing this week. Thank you for your compassion for
our current and former students. These two former Brahmans will be missed.
Look over your evaluation rubric to refresh on indicators #5-#11. Picture what those would look like in a
classroom setting.
Tutorials have begun every Tuesday and Thursday. If you have a student struggling in your class, offer this
option to the parents when you make your calls.
We are still looking for volunteers to help with events this week. PEP Rally/Bonfire, Football game,
Homecoming Dance.
Start collecting your items for Homecoming Week!
I included the Homecoming schedule on page 3. Please share with your with your 3rd hour PRIDE class.
