Summary of Qualifications
As a registered nurse with experience in a variety of nursing areas including: critical care,
patient education, clinical nursing instructor and medical-surgical nursing, I bring critical thinking and
assessment skills to every case.
I work with attorneys on malpractice, nursing home negligence and personal injury cases to
provide medical record reviews that include detailed reports, research on medical issues, timelines and
chronology's of the significant facts and the location of expert witnesses.

 Provide analysis and interpretation of medical records to identify adherences and
deviations in the standards of care, pre-existing conditions and how they are affected
by the case, damages that resulted from the injuries and pertinent billing records.
 Provide assistance in locating testifying experts to opinion on relevant issues.
 Perform scientific literature searches to establish the foundation of the medical issues
for each case.
 Talk with health care providers about mechanisms of injury, causation and damages

 Supervised the clinical instruction of nursing students on a neurosurgical floor and
medical intensive care unit including medication administration, intravenous therapy,
neurological assessments, dressing changes, development and revision of nursing care
