This ordering form is used to gather necessary information with respect to the Bioneer’s qPCR array service.
Such information is necessary for us and provide consult with you on the level of gene expression analysis

Experiment
Description
* Give us information about requested samples and the purpose of qPCR. It is needed for optimization
experiment condition.
1) Species: Other species except Human, Mouse and rat will be necessary to consult us.
In case of Mouse and Rat, ISF (Initial Setting Fee) will be charged.
2) DNase treatment: Select Y/N of the DNaes treatment of your samples, and Select ‘request service’ to request DNase
treatment. (there will be additional charge for DNase treatment)
3) Gene No.:
- Target gene: Fill in the number of target genes you request.
- Reference gene: Fill in the number of reference genes (housekeeping genes) you request.
- Total gene: Fill in the number of total genes (Target genes + Reference gene).
4) Replicates per sample: Triplication is important for subsequent analysis of qPCR results.
5) Return Samples: Any remaining sample can be back, but quality of samples will be impacted via repeating thaw and
freeze. (It is only possible when samples are remaining)

If the RNA quality is poor for both RT and qPCR, the service will not proceed.
There is no responsibility for
the results when proceed the service at customer’s request.

RNA extraction should be under RNase-free environment.

Aliquot, store at under -80℃ and do not repeat thaw and freeze for quantification and qualification of
RNA,

RNA purity: 260/280nm is recommended over 1.8 to 2.1

Gel image: RNA 28S:18S band intensity is suited 2 : 1 ratio

DNase treatment is necessary for qPCR, and you can request DNase treatment service as optional
service.

RNA Gel Image
Attach the picture of RNA gel electrophoresis.
It is important to check RNA Quality before qPCR.
2) cDNA sample
DNase treatment is necessary after RNA extraction. Even the minimum of genomic DNA can draw worse

qPCR results.

The RNA concentration for synthesis cDNA is recommended as 0.4~1㎍ / 20㎕ (1rxn)

It is important to synthesis cDNA by same RNA concentration if compared them.

Fill in the RNA concentration for synthesis cDNA and dilution ratio if you dilute the cDNA.

After synthesis cDNA, store at under -20℃.


3) RNA extration
* Additional samples can be requested when the quantities of RNA is too little to experiment.
Cell

- Over 5 x 106 cell each sample and stored under -80℃ after quick freezing in liquid nitrogen.
Tissue

- Over 100mg each sample and stored under -80℃ after quick freezing in liquid nitrogen.
Blood or others

- Other samples except cell and tissue are inquiry.
- Using EDTA-tube for Blood sample is recommended. (Storage with TRIzol for liquid and quick freezing if
you need time for delivery)

5. Sample Handling and Shipping Conditions
- Please have sufficient amount of dry ice to maintain freezing during shipping. We recommend overnight
delivery if possible.
- If possible, avoid the day before holiday and weekend. Samples can be compromised if in case of any
shipping or delivery delay as Bioneer Corporation would not be responsible of such delay in shipping from
your end.
