Summary:
The Environmental Protection Agency Regions 1,2,3,5,6,9, and 10 are proposing
a NPDES general permit for stormwater discharges from industrial activity known as the MultiSector General Permit which replaces the previous permit which expired on 10/30/05.

from specific sized secondary containment requirements for bulk storage containers.

solvent cleaning, Secondary aluminum production, and Secondary lead smelting.

The Department of Environmental Protection has developed a new General
Permit named Small Emitter General Permit (GP-16) and new General Operating Permit named
Small Emitter General Air Permit (GOP-002) for one or more types of similar sources at a
facility having a single emission point with an uncontrolled potential to emit less than the
reporting threshold for all air contaminant emissions.
