The Annual Meeting was held on June17, 2015 at Loco Pero. The meeting opened at 5:35pm. Members present were Thomas Denman, Patricia Dufour, Ann McLaughlin, Jo Ann Ewing, Fred Maynard and Judie Bobbi.
Minutes:
Ms. McLaughlin made a motion to accept the minutes of May 20 th . Ms. Ewing seconded. Vote was unanimous.
A motion was made by Ms. Ewing to close the meeting at 5:40pm for Election of Officers. Mr. Maynard seconded. Vote was unanimous. Ms. Bobbi read the slate of nominees.
Chairman - Thomas Denman
Vice Chairman - Patricia Dufour
Treasurer - Ann McLaughlin
Secretary - Jo Ann Ewing
Ms. Dufour made a motion to vote on the above slate. Mr. Maynard seconded. The Secretary cast one ballot.
It was noted that Tenant Commissioner, Fred Maynard, was previously elected by the tenants of Bellwood Court and Chatham Acres for a five year term ending 12/31/19.
The regular business meeting was reopened at 5:43pm after a motion by Mr. Maynard and seconded by Ms.
McLaughlin.
Cash Report:
Ms. Bobbi presented the Bank Reconciliation. Members reviewed and it will filed for audit
Old Business and New Business:
SSHP: We are waiting for DOH, CHFA and Liberty to set closing dates
CDBG: Everything is completed but we are waiting to have our complaint regarding the sidewalk paving addressed by B&W and the asphalt company.
Vacancy - 2 filled and 2 more coming for July
RSC:
Ms. Brazal provided Board members with a report on her RSC Conference. It was emailed to Board who thought she attended some very pertinent sessions.
Tenant Commissioner:
Bellwood has asked the Minutes be posted. Ms. Bobbi noted that we have been posting but thinks someone is also taking it off the door. Ms. Ewing advised we note that it is the office copy.
A motion was made by Ms. Dufour to adjourn the meeting at 5:57 pm. Ms. McLaughlin seconded.
