2. Student Worker
Student worker: Cindy will contact Lance Harrop and Deb Taska about hiring a
student worker to assist AzPAC with administrative tasks
 Input information into the data base
 Verify existing list and edit by mid spring 2009
 One lump sum, maybe $500, for a specific project
3. Scholarship
Scholarship: we talked about the AzPAC scholarship in more detail
 One $500 scholarship for fall 2009
 To assist with tuition or a bookstore credit
 Possibly add a scholarship for assistive technology in 2010
 Must be an Arizona resident and a student
 Must be registered with their local disability office and qualify for services
 April 1, 2009 will be the deadline
 Will be recognized during the lunch at the spring/summer event
 Cindy will check with scholarship’s at the ASU DRC to see how they are
set up

11, 2009.
Re: upcoming event on June 22, 2009. Jane Jarrow, AzPAC board voted on 5/11/2009 to
approve the addition of Cindy Jepsen (Secretary) and Andria Zafrin (President) as
signatories to the AzPAC bank account with Arizona State Credit Union. Jack Clevenger
has requested to be removed as a signatory to the account.
Board voted no to spending $150 to video tape the event, however. Deb Taska said she
may be able to obtain funds to cover the cost of video taping the event if it has been ok’d
with Jane Jarrow to be used for training purposes.
