NON-CORROSIVE PRIMERS
Offering our products we think that it's our duty to give you the following information:
each shot of the non-corrosive primer educes many deleterious substances into the air. The
products which are dangerous for men and educe with this and the volume of the pure air
which is necessary for the limit permissible concentration are given in Table 1. For example,
the shooting gallery with the inner volume of 4000 m 3 (100x20x2) m exceeds the limit
permissible concentration after 8-10 shots according to Russian standards. If the intensity of
shooting in the shooting gallery is 300 shots/hour the limit permissible concentration will be 42
times as large and we'll need an exhaust ventilator with the power of 168 000 m3/hour.
It's practically impossible to support such air exchange. Besides the heavy metal
vapours (lead) are the most dangerous for men and accumulate on the lower layer of the room
and it's very difficult to remove them with the help of ventilation.

HEAVY METAL FREE PRIMERS
We think that the most significant achievement for us is expelling heavy metals from
their combustion products.
Attention: these primers (in comparison with simple non-corrosive primers) have letter
«E» and a green colour package.
These primers, as we see from the table 2, don't educe the most dangerous for men
substances: lead, sulphur dioxide, barium oxide and antimony oxide when shooting.
The air pollution will be one-one thousand two hundredth of it's previous value when
using potassium carbonate, carbon monooxide.
Besides to remove it's excess in the shooting gallery with the volume of 4 000 m 3 we
need the ventilator of the power of 840 m3/hour.
