ECSA EQUIVALENT ZERO-SUM ENDORSEMENT
WORKING GROUP
DRAFT TASK DESCRIPTION
The ECSA Equivalent Zero Sum Endorsement Working Group will address the following questions with the aim at further develop the possible equivalency of this option with the 2015 requirements of MARPOL Annex VI.
The WG will deliver “communication package” on a very basic level (a ‘one pager’ with appendixes) demonstrating validity of arguments by means of analysis and technical facts preferably by 15 March 2011.
Discussions in the working group will be kept strictly internal to ECSA.
