Worked on experimental extraction of model parameters such as SAW velocity, coupling and reflectivity
for use in device modeling
Designed, and fabricated photolithography masks using CAD layout tools and Interserv Pattern Generator
Gained significant experience in fabrication of devices using standard photolithography processes
Performed RF measurements of device S-parameters and data acquisition using Automatic Network
Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and Impedance Analyzer
