Goals:
The Leadership Wheeling program is
designed to expand the leadership potential of
individuals chosen from all sectors of the Wheeling

involvement by:

Awareness of community opportunities
and problems.

and skills.

Association with a leadership network
of graduates in the Valley.

community leaders to study and discuss critical local
and state issues. After graduation, participation in
the Leadership Wheeling community service initiative
continues the learning and networking process.
