4 Year Old KINDERGARTEN: St. Peter Catholic School offers a 4K program on Monday-Friday from 8:00-3:10.

ENROLLMENT FEES:

*Registration, Materials and Book Fee of $225 per child annually is due at the time of registration.

*A $ 50.00 fee per child to be used for playground supervision. (In lieu of this fee, parent may cover 4 days/child of playground supervision during the noon lunch/recess.

No parishioner’s child/children will be denied a Catholic education at St. Peter Catholic School because of inability to meet tuition or fee requirements. Contact the pastor or school principal for information regarding scholarships or tuition/fee reductions.

OTHER YEARLY FEES:

Field Trips: Throughout the school year, students have the opportunity to participate in field trips that extend and enhance classroom curriculum. There is a minimal fee associated with most field trips. Prior to all field trips, fees and a signed Parent Aut horization

Form must be submitted to the school.

Hot Lunch: The school’s optional hot lunch program is prepared by parent volunteers who have taken classes with DPI. There is a daily charge for each meal and milk. A monthly lunch menu is sent home. Lunch fees are generally paid on a monthly basis.

Morning Milk: Students have the opportunity to purchase an optional carton of milk for a per carton fee. Fees are set at the beginning of the school year, based on projected cost for the year. Payment for morning milk is made by semester or for the entire year.

Parish Support: A minimum of $425 in parish donations is requested of St. Peter and St. Martin parish members. Payment to the parish is typically made through the Sunday offering envelopes.

Piano Lessons/Band: Each student has the opportunity to participate in weekly piano lessons. Students in grades four and five are eligible for band. These lessons are taught during the school day. There is an additional, independent fee for each.

School Supplies: A list of required school supplies per grade level is provided to parents. Students will need their supplies by the end of the first week of school.

TRANSPORTATION:

Transportation to and from school is provided by the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District for eligible students. Prior to the beginning of a school year, a bus route is planned based on location the of students’ homes and Diocesan and Middleton-Cross Plains

Area School District guidelines. If families reside within the boundaries of the district and provide private transportation, a contract for transportation reimbursement may be requested. Students transported by private transportation may not arrive more than ten minutes prior to the start of the school day and must be picked up no later than ten minutes following dismissal. This is due to reasons of safety and supervision.
