Appleton Village Surgery is a busy, friendly practice and is looking for a caring, highly
motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Nursing Team. The post holder
will have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills to ensure safe, effective and high
standards of patient care is delivered.
About Our Practice;

• Training practice
2 Partners, 4 Salaried GP’s, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Practice Nurse
• Practice list size of 11,000
• PMS practice
• EMIS Web clinical system
• High QOF achievement
• Clinical triage led appointment system
• Soon to be re-locating to new purpose built premises
