Insamlingsstiftelse
Stiftelsens syfte är att motverka klimatförändringar, förbättra människors hälsa, bekämpa
fattigdomen i världen och få bukt med barnfetman. De angivna syftena ska tillgodoses genom
att med samlade resurser i egen regi eller i samverkan med andra, utveckla och verka för
implementering av långsiktiga lösningar på lokal nivå i alla världsdelar.
År 2011 etablerade William J. Clinton Foundation i USA stiftelsen för att stödja arbetet och
visionen i Sverige, resten av Skandinavien och andra länder. Stiftelsen har ett nära samarbete
med Clinton Foundation i USA som bedriver det huvudsakliga arbetet.
The purpose of the foundation is to prevent climate change, improve human health, fight
poverty and overcome childhood obesity in the world. The stated purposes will be achieved
either by working alone or in groups to develop and implement long-term solutions at local
levels in all parts of the world.
In 2011 the U.S. William J. Clinton Foundation established the foundation in Sweden in order to
support the work and the vision in Sweden, Scandinavia and in other countries. The foundation
has a close partnership with the foundation in U.S which conducts the main operations.

conduct fundraising?
Fundraising is made by individual or monthly
contribution via the website. Donations can also be
given through heritage. At the website it is stated that
at least 75 percent of the revenues are given to
support the goals of the foundation and the board of
directors continuously works to exceed that. The
foundation works to become a regular recipient of
contributions from the Swedish Postcode Lottery.

Review
Stiftelsen har ett 90-konto och kontrolleras av Svensk
insamlingskontroll. Vi är dessutom medlemmar i FRII
(Frivilligorganisationernas insamlingsråd) och följer
FRII:s regelverk för insamling genom Kvalitetskoden.
Verksamheten granskas av auktoriserad revisor.
The foundation has a 90-account and is controlled by
the Swedish Fundraising Control. We are also a
member of FRII (NGO Fundraising) and comply with
FRIIs’ regulations for fundraising through the Quality
Code.
The operations are reviewed by an authorized auditor.

Stiftelsen har endast en insamlande verksamhet i
Sverige. Insamlade medel vidareförmedlas i enlighet
med de i stiftelseförordnandet angivna ändamålen.
Eftersom medlen aldrig stannar någon längre tid i
Sverige, har stiftelsen inte haft anledning att utarbeta
några riktlinjer för kapitalplacering.
Fundraising is the Swedish foundation’s only purpose.
Funds are being forwarded in accordance with the
purposes stated in the foundations charter.
Since the funds are not staying within the foundation,
there has been no need to establish any guidelines on
how the capital should be allocated or invested.

Ekomomiska risker
Economic risks
Som ovan nämnts, ägnar sig stiftelsen enbart åt
insamlingsverksamhet. Stiftelsen har inga ekonomiska
åtaganden och är inte utsatta för några ekonomiska
risker. Med anledning av det, har stiftelsen inte
utarbetat några bestämmelser eller gjort någon
gränsdragning för stiftelsens egna kapital.
As mentioned above; fundraising is the foundation’s
only activity. The foundation does not have any
financial obligations and it is not exposed to any
economic risks. Accordingly, the foundation does not
have any rules or delimitation regarding a minimum
equity limit.
