Recognises the diversity within public sector and between
local data sharing partnerships in terms of organisational
design, processes and systems and the need to encourage a
range of solutions to enable collaborative practitioner
working. One size will not fit all.
Incremental change and pragmatism are the key to success.
Perfection should not be the enemy of the good.
