MISSING voters (shifted with or without family linkages),
DEAD voters whose names could not be deleted prior to the election,
BLIND voters,
SENIOR CITIZENS
PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED voters describing nature of the handicap
and
names of those voters who are PRISONERS / DETUNES.
