PURPOSES OF SCHOOL

Learning

Developing good character and citizenship
Attendance
School starts at 8:05 a.m. and ends at
2:20 p.m. (2:30 p.m.: grades 4-6)
 Cafeteria opens at 7:40 a.m.
 Report to the office if you are late.
 Strive for “Perfect Attendance”.
 Your job is to come to school every day,
on time, and be ready to learn.

Attendance Goal
Attendance Goal for the 2013-2014
School Year = 97%
 Students with perfect attendance will be
rewarded.
 Students with poor attendance will need
to meet with the Principal.
 Thunderbolt Attendance Challenge
Dress Code

Must be suitable for
school – neat, clean,
size appropriate, and
in good repair.
 Any clothing that is a
distraction to the
learning process is
not allowed.

No inappropriate
pictures, images,
designs, slogans,
symbols, or wording
on clothing
 Wear shoes you can
play in. No flip flops
or sandals.
 Always look your
best!
