Health Education Institutions across the East
Midlands to deliver training which supports the
development of therapeutic relationships to
enhance health and wellbeing of the individual and
those that care about them

Identify students and medical trainees’ perceptions on their responsibility in
learning to create these relationships.
Identify educators’ perceptions on their responsibility in helping learners
create these relationships.
Identify at organisation board level the Education Provider perception of their
role in:
Providing the environment where students and medical trainees can really
practice their skills and demonstrate empathy.
Providing a culture which enables these relationships to flourish.
Report on findings to include recommendations to LETB on achieving its aim.
