Who is an Investor in UAE?
An investor is an expat men or women who
allocates capital with the expectation of a
financial return from UAE.
Who are eligible to get an
Investor/Business visa in UAE?
• Any entrepreneur who is involved in
the management of a company, especially as
an owner or an executive can get a
business/investor visa from UAE, except few
restricted Country people.

1) Pink visa
2)Emirates ID
3)Residence visa
Prerequisites for getting
Professional Investor visa
1. The Investor should have the Attested
Professional Degree to perform a qualified
task or job mentioned in the License activity.
2. Valid Trade License.
3. Valid Establishment/Immigration card of the
Company.
4. Valid Passport(minimum of 2 pages left with
six month validity)

Requirements for Professional
Investor Visa:
License Copy of the Company
LSA(Local Service Agent) agreement Copy.
Copy of the Bank Guarantee Letter
Company Establishment/Immigration card

• Passport Copy of the Investor
• Photograph(8 No’s)
Steps/Procedure to Obtain
Professional Investor Visa
STEP 1:
Get the Money from the client(100% Govt Fee and
50% of Adam Fee, if you are charging separately
for it)
STEP 2:
Type Visa application online (Make sure whether
the Investor is Inside or Outside Country before
typing)
STEP 3:
Get the Pink Visa printed out.
Step 4:
If the Client is Out of country , please coordinate for visa Deposition in Airport and
take “Ok to Board”, if required.
STEP 5 :
Type VIP Medical application (along with Visa
Position amendment , if the client is Inside
country on Visit Visa).
STEP 6 :
After completion of medical , do the Emirates ID
Finger Print(can be done only after Medical is
completed)
STEP : 7
Ask the client to apply for Insurance(as it is
mandatory to take before stamping)
STEP :8
Type Visa stamping application and submit to
Immigration department along with the
Medical report , Emirates ID registration form
and Insurance Copy. Same day Visa stamping
will be done.
