• IRC recently completed the 2011 Manager
Development Program in Port Moresby
– 22 Internal Revenue Commission participants
– 2 Vanuatu Customs and Inland Revenue participants
• 2 weeks formal management training
• 6 weeks project management experience, back
in the workplace

How can we support it?
• Australian Taxation Office is providing AusAID funding
through Pacific Governance Support Program for up to 2
participants to attend from those countries covered by
the Program
• Some PITAA members can consider applications to NZ
AID through Pacific Island Countries Participation Fund
– IRC can assist you with your business case and application.
