 Please keep background noise to a minimum.
 Mute your speakerphone when you are not
speaking.
 Speak close to the speakerphone or use a
handset.
 Identify yourself before speaking.

Please do not call from a car or cell phone.
Be succinct.
Limit paper shuffling.
