Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add milk, mix well with a fork
Knead on lightly floured surface
Divide dough into 4 portions
Roll each into a circle, punch hole in center of each one.
Fry in hot oil, in skillet, until golden brown. Flipping
once.
7. Serve w/honey or cinnamon/sugar mixture.
TOPPING – combine cinnamon and sugar; stir with fork
